How we look after each other in here. Short, plain, takes about a minute to read.
This is a peer-support community for neurodivergent adults. The whole point is that you can show up as you are — bad-brain day, hyperfocus day, vent day, win day — and find people who get it.
Other people's wiring is different from yours. What worked for you might not work for them; what wrecks them might be fine for you. Lead with curiosity, not correction.
First-person stories are the heart of this place: “magnesium glycinate at 9pm has been a game-changer for my sleep” is exactly what we want. Telling someone else what to take, promising it will fix their condition, or dismissing their meds is not. That goes for diets, supplements, movement and routines.
UK law (Nutrition and Health Claims Regulation, MHRA, ASA / CAP) treats supplements as food, not medicine. Don't post that any product, food, or routine cures, treats, or prevents ADHD, autism, OCD, depression, Parkinson's, arthritis or anything else — even if it changed your life. Keep it lived-experience.
If your post touches on ED recovery, self-harm history, trauma, medication side-effects, hospital experiences, etc., consider a TW: or CW:at the top. Looking after each other's nervous systems counts.
Punching across — never down. No targeted attacks on individuals, communities, or identities. We will remove this content fast and without warning.
We're a supplements brand, so we're especially strict about other brands trying to market here. Recommending a specific product because it helped you is fine; affiliate links, MLM, repeated link-drops, and competitor marketing are not.
Crisis content doesn't get you hidden or banned. If our moderation classifier sees signs that you might be struggling, we'll show you a quick signpost to Samaritans (116 123), Shout (text 85258)and NHS 111 — and a human moderator will check in on the thread. You reached out, that matters, we're not ghosting you.
Forum posts are public— anyone can read them, search engines may index them. They're attributed to your chosen display name (not your email). You can request deletion of your account and forum content at any time from your account. See the full privacy policy for details.
If you see something illegal (CSAM, terrorism, threats of violence), use the Report button and also email [email protected]. We co-operate with UK law enforcement where required and will remove illegal content as soon as we are aware of it.
