Welcome to My Wellness & Living. By using this site, taking our quiz, or placing an order you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
These terms apply to your use of mywellnessliving.com, operated by My Wellness & Living Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered in England & Wales. Contact: [email protected].
You must be 18 or older to use this site. By placing an order or submitting the quiz you confirm that you are 18+ and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Our quiz uses an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) to generate a personalised supplement recommendation, a meal preview and a sample movement routine based on the answers you provide. By submitting the quiz you give us your explicit consent to process the health information it contains (see our Privacy Policy).
Important: AI-generated recommendations are general wellness information, not a medical diagnosis, prescription or substitute for advice from a GP, dietician, physiotherapist, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional. If you have a diagnosed condition, are taking prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a history of disordered eating, please discuss any new supplement, dietary or movement change with your healthcare team before starting.
We design the system to flag known interactions and contraindications and to exclude meal plans and movement routines for higher-risk profiles. It is not a substitute for clinical judgement, and we make no guarantee that any specific outcome will result from following a recommendation.
The supplements we sell are food products, not medicines. They are not licensed by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Product images on the site are for illustration and may differ slightly from the product you receive. We work hard to ensure all product information, ingredient lists and prices are accurate, but small errors can occur. If a clear error has been made, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any affected order before dispatch.
You may create an account using a magic-link email — no password. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. We rely on your control of that inbox as the proof of identity for your account.
You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We will retain limited order records for tax and consumer-protection purposes (see Privacy Policy).
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is calculated at checkout. We accept card payments through Stripe; your card data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices applicable to your order are those displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
When you place an order you make us an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send you an order confirmation email. At that point a contract of sale is formed between us, governed by these terms.
We deliver across the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you once payment has cleared.
When you purchase a supplement stack, you receive access to a personalised 7-day meal plan and a library of no-equipment movement routines in your account, generated by our AI based on your quiz answers. These are general wellness materials — see Section 3 for the medical-advice disclaimer that applies to them. Plans are delivered electronically in your account and are not refundable separately from the underlying stack purchase.
For users matching higher-risk profiles (pregnancy or nursing; eating-disorder history; certain diagnoses such as Parkinson's or significant mobility-affecting arthritis), we do not generate a plan automatically — instead we show a respectful note recommending a consultation with the relevant qualified professional. Your supplement stack purchase is unaffected.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receivingit. Because supplements are consumable health products, this right does not apply once a product's seal has been broken (regulation 28(3) — goods sealed for health-protection reasons).
To exercise your right of cancellation, email us at [email protected]with your order number. We will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return postage unless the product was faulty or sent in error.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply — please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
All content on the site — including text, design, branding, photography, product formulations and AI-generated recommendation copy — is owned by My Wellness & Living Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercialise it without written permission.
The personalised recommendation, meal plan and movement routine generated for you remain accessible in your account for your personal, non-commercial use.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under UK law.
Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or our products is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is higher.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on AI-generated recommendations where you have failed to consult an appropriate healthcare professional, particularly where you have a diagnosed condition or are taking prescription medication. See Section 3.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the version in force at the time you placed it. For ongoing accounts, material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect; continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK you retain the protection of any mandatory consumer-law provisions of your home jurisdiction.
